石墨烯器件技术研究部面向国际科技前沿，发挥石墨烯优异的电学、力学、热学和光学等特性，开展石墨烯硅光技术和医疗物联网技术研究。 

The mission of the division of graphene-device technology is to develop cutting-edge graphene devices. Currently, we mainly focus on graphene device technology for high-bandwidth optical communications and internet of medical things, based on graphene’s superior carrier mobility, remarkable mechanical properties, tunable optical transparency, excellent thermal conductivity, high specific surface area, and biocompatibility.
